Yo

Lens Ninja — Paid Internship / Creative Assistant

This is not a job.  It's an opportunity. A chance to grow with a creative universe that is expanding fast.

You'll work directly with Ken, the person behind Lens Ninja, not a manager, not a middleman. You'll be in the room where the creative decisions get made, helping push the brand forward through organization, research, creativity, and real digital momentum. This isn't a static gig with a ceiling. If you help build this universe, you rise with it. Compensation grows as your value grows. Responsibility expands as trust is earned. The brand is moving and the question is whether you want to be part of what it becomes.

If you're just here because it sounds cool, this isn't for you. If you just need a paycheck, this isn't for you. This is for someone who takes themselves seriously enough to recognize an opportunity and go after it like it matters.

Who You Need to Be

This opportunity is best suited for someone who:

  • Understands this is an opportunity, not a traditional job

  • Is passionate about life, creativity, and people

  • Is social, friendly, and thrives in a team environment

  • Is responsible, self motivated, and eager to grow personally and professionally

  • Keeps drama in check and stays grounded

  • Loves having fun and creating a positive environment

  • Wants to collaborate and contribute to something meaningful

  • Brings ideas without fear and speaks honestly with respect

  • Someone who takes initiative, thinks ahead, and gets things done without needing direction

  • This opportunity will be cash paid. You would have to take care of taxes on your own.

What You Can Expect From Ken

Working with Ken comes with real benefits that go beyond a paycheck:

  • You will receive respect at all times

  • You will feel like a partner, not an assistant

  • You will be treated as a high value person in Ken’s world

  • You will have open freedom for constructive criticism — Ken wants honesty

  • You will be included in real ideas, vision, and strategy

  • You will grow because Ken is committed to growing with you

  • You will work with someone who is deeply self aware and grounded in wisdom

  • Ken responds with intention, not emotion

  • You will be around someone who truly takes care of the people beside him

  • Ken will learn from you and invite your perspective

  • You will be trusted, supported, and encouraged to express your strengths

This is a partnership energy, not a boss employee dynamic.

What you'll be doing kinda maybe possibly

What you’d actually be doing:

Helping on photo and video shoots, carrying gear, setting things up, and grabbing behind the scenes footage on a provided camera. You’d also help with social media content, building brand awareness, and supporting whatever the project needs that week. CapCut editing may be part of it, but you do not need to already know it if you learn quickly and pick things up fast. Some weeks are quiet. Some weeks are full chaos. That’s just how creative work moves. The role has a lot of flexibility and can shift a little or a lot depending on the person, their strengths, and where they fit best.

What we need from you:

  • 18 or older

  • Reliable transportation — non-negotiable

  • Know your way around a computer

  • Familiar with CapCut or willing to learn it fast

  • Can physically handle gear (up to 40 lbs — nothing crazy, just real)

  • Flexible schedule — hours are project-based, not 9-to-5

  • A creative eye or at least a genuine curiosity about it

  • Hungry to learn and not too proud to start from the bottom of something cool

You do not need to be an expert in photography, video, or electronics. You need to be the kind of person who can figure things out.

The process is simple. You will fill out a quick pre-screening form and if it feels like a fit, we will set up a casual test shoot just to hang out, see how you move, and find out if the chemistry is real. No pressure, no performance. After that we will know. If you are not chosen, do not take it personally and do not read into it. This is not a judgment of who you are or what you are capable of. It is purely about what the brand needs to move forward at this specific moment in time. Honestly, if it does not work out, that might say more about my own vision for the brand than it does about you. No hard feelings either way.

Pay is discussed at interview and increases with your growth.

This has potential to move into a lot of cool things for the right person. We're not looking for someone to fill a slot — we're looking for someone who actually wants to be part of building something.

Think that's you? Fill out the form and let's find out.
